Cancelation Policy

Late Policy: Please arrive to your appointment on time. We understand that this is not always possible, so if you are running late, we would very much appreciate a call ahead on 0477 221 332. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you; however, we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment as there may not be adequate time to give you the full service and experience we strive to offer each client. It also negatively impacts the next client's service. If you are repeatedly late for your appointments, the cancellation/no show policies below will apply. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time, we ask for you to be respectful by providing at least 23 hours notice. This is a courtesy to both your stylist and other clients who are trying to schedule an appointment with us. If you fail to provide adequate notice, you will be obliged to pay 100% of the reserved service amount. Please understand that by not giving adequate notice to any appointment changes or cancellations, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients will miss the opportunity to receive services. We send out confirmation and reminder messages via email and text because we understand how easy it can be to forget an appointment made weeks in advance.
